DIRECTIONS: Work with a partner to determine the range of
motion of the following joints by measuring the angles between parts. Save your data in a spreadsheet. Try to improve the range of motion on one
joint by applying appropriate stretching.
Do this over the course of the next five days. One will require the use
of a protractor, scratch paper, and a string to measure angles.
